i've had a change of heart

for the first time in memory, i will make a new year's resolution, and that is to learn how to throw shit out without feeling guilty. i have so much crap in my tiny apartment, it simply doesn't compute, my having to eventually move into a smaller space. i have a ridiculous amount of clothes and shoes, busting out of two full closets and spilling all under my bed (the shoes).

on the up side, traveling with a limited wardrobe has made me realize what a lovely, fantastic collection of clothes i have! and i have two sweet pairs of boots to break in.

oh, and i'm so glad the cockroaches were here to greet me! they usually die off when it's this cold, no?
