an ethical challenge

so i interviewed a few prospective interns today. one of them was a girl with a wonky eye. and i'm not talking paris hilton bad, i'm talking like, looking in two directions bad. on top of this, her hands were shaking violently, as was her voice. i'm not that scary! i felt uncomfortable looking at her... i guess she would do an ok job, but...
